Agility
Dog agility is a fast-paced sport where dogs navigate an obstacle course of jumps, tunnels, weave poles, and more, guided by their handler. Speed, accuracy, and teamwork determine success in this exciting competition.
FCI Obedience
FCI Obedience is designed to test the precision, control, and teamwork between a dog and its handler. In competitions, dogs perform a series of structured exercises, such as heel work, recalls, scent discrimination, and directed retrieves and are judged on accuracy, attitude, and responsiveness. The sport emphasises not only technical skill but also the dog's willingness and enthusiasm to work in harmony with its handler.
Scent Work
Scent work, is a fun and engaging activity that taps into a dog's natural ability to sniff and search. Scent work involves teaching your dog to locate specific odours that can be located in testing areas for the dog.
Hoopers
Hopers is a low-impact sport where dogs navigate a course of hoops, tunnels, and barrels with smooth, flowing turns. It focuses on speed, accuracy, and distance handling, making it accessible for dogs of all ages and abilities.
Flyball
Flyball is a fast-paced dog sport where teams of four race over hurdles to retrieve a ball and return. Competing head-to-head, it showcases speed, agility, and teamwork.
Gun Dogs
Showcase your gundog skills and demonstrate why you and your dog are the ultimate handler–retriever team.
Professional gundog trainer and active field trial competitor Tom Cantwell has designed a series of technical
retrieves for this exciting mini competition.
Open to all ages and abilities, this event offers a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, learn
from experienced professionals, and enjoy a great day in the field. There are some excellent prizes up for grabs,
along with expert advice and guidance from Tom and his team.
Family Dog Show
